*New Rural King Rewards Program

Exciting changes are coming to Rural King Rewards!

Beginning November 1st, we're evolving the program to create a more engaging experience for our members. Gaining more ways to save and more everyday benefits, additional details about the updated program.

As part of this transition, points will no longer be earned under the current Rural King Rewards loyalty program. Under the current program, base members earn 1 point for every $1 spent online or in store, with a $5 reward issued once they reach 500 points. Instead of earning points and wait to receive a reward, members will have access member-only advantages throughout the year.

Members will continue to have opportunities to receive exclusive and targeted offers and promotions throughout the year. These offers may be based on a customer’s shopping behavior, purchase history, or interests and may include savings and benefits not available to non-members.

To receive these targeted offers, we encourage customers to opt into email communications.

Members may receive the following:

Member-only pricing
- Member-only pricing gives Rural King Rewards members access to special prices that are not available to non-members.
- It provides customers with a more immediate way to see the value of their membership because savings can be received directly on qualifying purchases instead of waiting to accumulate points.
- Customers must identify themselves as a Rural King Rewards member during the transaction to receive qualifying member-only prices.
Birthday and anniversary benefits
- To receive birthday and anniversary benefits, customers will need to be opted in to email communications and have the applicable information on their Rural King Rewards account.
- For birthday benefits, customers must provide their birthday date.
- Anniversary benefits will be based on their Rural King Rewards membership information.
- Specific offers and benefits may vary.
Priority, and early access to select opportunities throughout the year.
