At Rural King our commitment is that you’ll find competitive prices every day, both online and in store. Please review the criteria below to determine if your product is eligible for Rural King’s Price Match Guarantee.
Acceptable Criteria

The item must be the identical brand, size, weight, quantity, UPC, and model number.

The price and item must appear in a local competitor’s advertising and website.

The local competitor must be within a 30-mile range of the nearest physical store location.

A Rural King Associate must be able to access the competitor’s website to validate and/or verify the accuracy of the proposed price match.

Rural King will also match its own promotional pricing for 30-days. If Rural King offers a promotion within thirty (30) calendar days of your verified purchase, simply bring in a copy of your receipt and the promotion to the local RK location. If you purchased online, simply email a copy of your receipt and promotion to customerservice@ruralking.com. If the promotion is valid, an Rural King team member will reimburse you the difference!
Unacceptable Criteria
The following conditions are not eligible for Rural King’s Price Match Guarantee:

Competitors’ pricing for professional services, including delivery, labor, and repair costs.

Custom products, meaning Special Order customized or configured products (e.g., custom built tractors, paint, rubber mats.)

Discontinued, used, refurbished, open-box, clearance, seasonal, closeout or damaged merchandise.

Discounts available to select groups of customers, such as military or Rural King Rewards loyalty members.

Volume or wholesale discount pricing offered by competitors; if you’re a Rural King John Deere Account customer looking to buy a significant quantity of a specific item, please visit your local store to see if a volume discount is available.

Pricing from membership-based retail wholesalers. (e.g. Sam’s Club, Costco.)

Third-party marketplace sellers, auction sites or closeout/discount sites (e.g., we price-match items sold by Amazon.com but not by a third-party seller on Amazon.com.)

Pricing from bid and auction websites. (e.g., Ebay)

Sales Tax.

Advertising pricing errors or misprints.

Credit terms and finance offers.

No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock at Rural King or ruralking.com to match a competitor's price.
Rural King reserves the right to deny a price adjustment for any reason. Further, Rural King’s Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, or coupon. Additional exclusions may apply.
