There are two ways to apply.
• Apply online at Rural King VISA
• Apply at a Rural King store by seeing a store associate.
Applying for the Rural King Rewards Visa® Card (issued by UMB Bank) is straightforward and can be done either digitally or in person.
1. Apply Online
The fastest way to apply is through the official Rural King website.
Go to: Rural King Visa Page
Click: Look for the "Apply Now" button.
Process: You will be redirected to the UMB Bank secure application portal. You’ll need to provide standard information, including your SSN, annual income, and contact details.
2. Apply In-Store
If you prefer to apply while shopping, you can do so at any Rural King location.
Ask a Store Associate: Any cashier or customer service representative can start the process for you at the register.
Benefit: Sometimes applying in-store allows for immediate use of a temporary credit limit if you are approved instantly.
Application Requirements
To be eligible for the card, you typically need to meet the following criteria:
Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
Residency: You must be a U.S. resident.
Loyalty Program: You must be a member of the Rural King Rewards program. If you aren't already a member, you will usually be automatically enrolled when you apply for the credit card.
