When is the last day to pick up my pickup or curbside order?
All pickup and curbside orders must be picked up by the end of business on Tuesday, September 29th. Please wait until you receive your “Ready for Pickup” email before going to the store.

Can my store hold my pickup order past September 29th?
No. Due to the site upgrade, all pickup and curbside orders must be picked up by the end of business on September 29th.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order by September 29th?
Orders that are not picked up by the end of business on Tuesday, September 29th will be canceled, and the merchandise will be returned to the sales floor. You are welcome to visit your local store to purchase the item, if it is still available.

Can I still place an order on RuralKing.com?
Yes. Orders placed after 11:00 p.m. CST on Sunday, September 27th will be held, and will not begin processing until Wednesday, September 30th.

If my order is held, how will I know when it’s ready?
Once processing resumes and your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email. Please wait for this email before visiting the store.

I placed an order that is being shipped. What can I expect?
We are working to process and ship all existing orders before the site upgrade. If your order ships by 11:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, September 29th, it will continue to make its way to you as normal.

What happens if my order has not shipped by 11:00 p.m. CST on September 29th?
We are working to get all existing orders processed and shipped before the deadline. If your order has not shipped by 11:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, September 29th, it will be canceled and you will receive a notification.

If I place a new order for shipping, will it also be held?
Yes. Orders placed after 11:00 p.m. CST on Sunday, September 27th, including orders being shipped to you will be held, and will not begin processing until Wednesday, September 30th.

How will I know when my shipping order is on the way?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I still place an order on RKGuns.com?
Yes. Orders placed after 2:00 a.m. CST on Monday, September 28th will not begin processing until Wednesday, September 30th.

I already placed an order. Will it be affected by the site upgrade?
Orders that have shipped by the end of the day Tuesday, September 29th will continue as normal.

What if my order hasn’t shipped by September 29th?
We are working to process existing orders before the site upgrade. If your order has not shipped by the end of the day on Tuesday, September 29th and needs to be canceled, we will contact you with additional information.

Can I still pick up my firearm after September 29th?
Yes. If your order has shipped, you can still pick it up at the store once it arrives and is ready for pickup.

How will I know when my firearm is ready to pick up?
Please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready for pickup before visiting the store.
