To process your return or exchange with receipt, the procedure must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase. Products eligible for return or exchange will be in like new condition, undamaged, and include all appropriate tags and/or product paperwork. Digital receipts may also be an option for customers who use a credit/debit card or those customers who participate in our Rural King Rewards Program. Digital receipts are accepted as valid proof of purchase. No ID is required to process a return if a receipt is presented.
