To process your return or exchange with a receipt, the procedure must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase. Products eligible for return or exchange will be in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all appropriate tags and/or product paperwork. Digital receipts may also be an option for customers who use a credit/debit card or those customers who participate in our Rural King Rewards Program. Digital receipts are accepted as valid proof of purchase. No ID is required to process a return if a receipt is presented.
