If you've misplaced your receipt, don’t worry – we may still be able to assist you. Here are a few options:

Digital Receipt: If you have the original credit/debit card you used for the purchase or access to your Rural King Loyalty Rewards Account, we may be able to retrieve a digital receipt for you.

Return or Exchange Without a Receipt: If a digital receipt isn’t available, you can still initiate a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of your original purchase. The product must be in like-new condition, undamaged, and include any relevant tags and paperwork.
For all returns or exchanges without a receipt, we’ll need to verify your information with a Driver’s License or State ID. This helps us keep accurate records, where allowed by law.

Return Limit: Without a receipt, you can return or exchange up to $500 worth of items per calendar year. Once you reach this limit, returns or exchanges will require a valid proof of purchase.

Gift Card Refund: All returns or exchanges without a receipt will be issued as a Rural King Merchandise Gift Card for store use. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds in any other form of payment.
Please note, exchanges without a receipt follow the same guidelines as returns.
