We want to make returning items as easy as possible. Depending on how you received your order, you can return it either in-store or by shipping it back. If the item was picked up in-store, it must be returned in-store. Here's how:
Return In-Store:

Bring the item along with a copy of your order number or proof of purchase (you can find this in your order confirmation email).
Ensure your item meets the Return & Exchange criteria, which you can find here.
Return by Shipment:

Provide your order number to the agent, and they’ll assist you in initiating the return.
Our Customer Care Team will reach out with further instructions for your return.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
Items missing proof of purchase, damaged, or without original packaging may not be eligible for return.
You are responsible for shipping costs for non-defective items.
Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item in the condition outlined above.
